Is it normal to be red?
My daughter is 4 days old and very red. She seem healthy otherwise, although she is a little jaundiced (it is hard to see the yellow underneath the red). Do AA babies tend to be redder or could it just be her? She looks sunburned. We don't go to the doctor for another couple of days, and I don't know if I should be concerned. My son was not red at this age.

I wish I knew! Neither of my boys were ever red. I hope you get some answers soon, I'm curious. Maybe she is sunburned? I don't know, sorry I'm not much help!

The only time Drihan has ever been red was when she was running a fever. She was very jaundice at birth too and her eyes were the color of hard boiled egg yolks.
