Hi everyone! I have been away from the boards for quite sometime busy with so many different things. But I am still very appreciative of all the help I recieved here, I continue to refer people to the boards, because it really did help me a great deal.
Gavin is doing great and motherhood is soo wonderful. I wanted to post and let everyone know that I along with another adoptive mom will be starting a support group in the PA/NJ area. The group is is geared towards African Americans who are considering adoption, are currently adoptive parents, as well as adoptive parents who are parenting (or plan to parent) African American children.

If you live in or near the PA/NJ/DE area feel free to PM for more information about our group, and our 1st group meeting to be held next month.
