Language in a multi racial family

We adopted a 3 week old boy last week and because we live in a multi-lingual society we are unsure how to speak to him. We live in Israel where the language is Hebrew. Our boy is of Ethiopian origin. My first language is English and my wife is from Sweden. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice as to where to find a language expert?

Our home is bi-lingual, however, we were before adopting our son. Our son is Greek, American and Bahamian. I am an interpreter for the Deaf, so I sign constantly - I use American Sign Language. Since many of the people my son is around also sign - he is learning sign also. I read that one parent should speak the families primary language constantly and one parent should speak the secondary exclusively.
