Can we adopt???
My husband and I are looking into adopting a biracial newborn. Is it possible to adopt for between $12,000-$14,000? If so what agencies have you used and what was the timeframe from the time you started until placement?

YES!! You can adopt a biracial newborn within that budget!! We did it 3 times in 4 years! Our fastest was a couple weeks our longest wait was a few weeks. I'll PM you the referral service we used. Linny has a GREAT list also!
