Another hair question!!!
We are hoping to have our Haitian son home soon and I had a question about cutting his hair. We plan to keep it clipped short (at least for now), but I was wondering if this is something that I can do or if it's something I should take him to have done.
I do buzz DH's hair regularly but he's CC and patient with me. Is it worth trying on my own or should I just leave it to the pros?

Depends on how short you want it. I TRY to keep my 2 boys very close shaven. I go to a professional - they're 8 and 11. I think up to 4 or 5, you can try. good luck!!

Why not make it into a bonding experience with Dad? Going to the barbershop is a rite of passage for a lot of boys. Plus it is a special time for them, where the attention is all on them!
