Has anyone found pictures to hang on the wall with multi-racial families? White mother/black daughter or even white parents, black children? I have searched the internet and haven't found anything like it yet.

Any artists that want to start painting pictures for multi-racial families?

Well, I met this awesome lady... Her name is Christy and her family adopted 2 children from Ethiopia... She also has 3 bio children... I hope she won't mind, i'm giving you her website... She posts it under her signature, so I don't think she will... There are some beautiful pics, especially one taken around christmas of all her children.

If you are interested in having your own family's portrait drawn or painted, you might want to check out eBay. If you search under "custom portrait" or "self-representing artist portrait" you can find several artists who will create a portrait from family photos.

Where we live, there are always portrait artists at craft shows, etc., but they tend to be pretty pricey. I have seen more reasonable rates on eBay.

Our adoption agency publishes a calendar of formal child and family portraits every year in beautiful black and white photography. They're lovely! Many of the families are mulit-ethinic (many families include several races). I've been saving the calendars simply because I love the photos. I hope to have some of the calendar pages framed later.

I'm also getting ready to adopt interracially, and some of the best images I've found are Anne Geddes'. She has some amazing pictures of AA/CC angels, both AA adults with CC babies and CC adults with AA babies. I have decorated my "kid's" bathroom with these images and they are just gorgeous!
