Maybe its just us,but...........
Im a little confused. I applied to adopt through a facilitator and they said they couldnt work with us. Im not sure why except that we arent Christians. I have no idea why. Thats just my guess. Or they have a influx of other African Americans applying to their program ( we are an AA family) Umm I dunno. I just got a form letter saying that they couldnt work with us. I did call them and left a voicemail asking why. Any ideas? If anyone has a agency that worked out well for them please PM me. We would like to adopt an infant. I didnt realize as AA we would have such a difficult time adopting a AA child. Well this was the first agency we applied to. We should probably keep trying.
Any advice? |

weird
You could be right about the Christian thing, some agencies work only with Christian clients. I would definitely get the reason before you move on. Where do you live??
