Anyone adopted through PACT?
Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has adopted transracially using pactadopt.org? If so please pm me with your experiences - mquaide42@yahoo.com. Interested in fees charged, timeframe and overall experience. Also do they deal with people outside of California? Thanks!

we adopted using pact as our facilitator one year ago-i'll pm you my experience. They have since acquired an agency license, but I don't know any specifics about that. Lisa
