Baby Monitor Help

Hi-
I'm looking for a baby monitor that is so sensitive I can hear my DD breathe. Any suggestions out there? Right now I have the Safety 1st Soft Glow. I'm on my second one and this one is not as sensitive as the first one. The first one became very staticky, and this replacement just doesn't pick up as much sound.

My DD has had 2 febrile seizures in the past 2 months and the last one was at 4am. Luckily I heard her struggling to breathe and was able to go get her. But obviously I'm very nervous and want a monitor I can hear EVERYTHING on.

I am considering the Graco iMonitor. I've researched and it has mixed reviews. Some of them may be due to user error. I may have to just buy one and test it at home because I know what works in some houses doesn't always work well in others.

Any input on a monitor that is VERY clear is much appreciated!

Thanks!
Beth

I've had two Fisher Price monitors and both have been that sensitive. I can here my breathe, sneeze, roll over... just about anything. It's like they are in the room with us.

I had to replace the first when it died of very old age and the second one is the Private Connection™ Monitor with Dual Receivers. It works just as well as the first, only now we don't have to replace batteries as it's rechargeable.

Good luck!
