I have registered hoping that my daughter who is going to be 22 years of age next month will want to find me, but after reading some of these letters I get kind of down and the hatred that some of these adopted children have for the birthmothers. Do they ever wonder about us and what we went through about the hardest decision we made. Do they ever think about how we think about them everyday and night and ever birthday and christmas and graduation their first date. i do every day and night. Then there are the letters that give me hope that she won't hate me for my decision that I had to make not only for me but for her.

I am a 39 yr. old adoptee. I am one who can truely understand what a birthmother might be feeling at the time she gives us up. Keep looking, not all of us have hate in our hearts. I'm not even looking for my birthmom but rather my older half sisters I've never known. But I also don't want to dissrupt anyones lives.
