Question searching for medical reason

I'm searching for bparents because i have a kidney disease that may end in needing a transplant or worse death. i also have a 9 year old son who may grow to have problems all i want is to know fAMILY HISTORY. i don't want to expose anyone or mess up a life that they have made. I am a female child born 4/10/1972 in youngstown,ohio at st. elizabeth hospital at 9:28pm. i was in foster care for two years until 1974 not sure if birth name was lenore, but that is name on birth cerifcate. if anyone has info please post here. thank you
