just starting, info?
My husband and I are in the first stages, we have narrowed down our country choice ( I think) to Vietnam and Ethiopia. Does anyone know of some great agencies, that have a low cost, we understand that it will cost but if we could find one more reasonable than the once we have looked at that would be great. Really any info would help, the more we know the better off we are. thanks
