I have visited this site many times during this whole process. There were many very helpful forms people had posted that I used, or links to places with forms available. I would first like to thank those that were kind enough to post. However, I found that I was missing a few forms and I did find another site for Texas adoptions that had those few extra forms that I needed. They charge a small fee per form, or you can purchase by the procedure. Ours was a citation by publication, due to the fact that we could not locate the bio father.
