Need help for my husband to adopt my boys

My husband and I have been married for almost a year. My boys bio dad has terminated his rights. My new husband wants to adopt my two boys. We do not have a lot of money to spend on attorney fees and are looking for any help we can in regards to the process in Texas and doing it ourselves. You can email me at keltexas08@yahoo.com

If you look in the forms on danamom in this forum it has all of the information that you will need for starting the process. First thing is you will have to get the biological father to terminate the rights. While that is going on file the paperwork to start the process in Texas court system. it is all in there with instructions how to do it. if you have any questions please e-mail me at andreaborths413@yahoo.com I will get back to you as soon as I can.
