help with adopting my step kids
Can anyone help me? I was here several months back and someone helped to point me in the right direction, but I am stuck again.
Here is the scenerio: - married my wife, who has 3 kids from a previous marrige - there bio dad has had his parental rights terminated. - all children are under 18 - I want to adopt them I am trying to do this without an attourney, in Texas. I have already had my criminal backgound check, and I have a friend who is going to do the adoption case study for me for free(she does them for the courts as a side job, so she is legit.) What are my next steps? Thank you so very much, Spencer
