cost of foster to adopt
I am a foster mom in Texas and currently going through a foster adoption. If you go through CPS the adoption is paid by them. All legal costs. It is a wonderful program...at least for me. You fall in love with the kids...but sometimes they leave and you are broken hearted....that is the hardest part of it all.
