Anyone adopt child from Texas out of state?

Is Texas very receptive to sending kids out of state? I live in Washington State and am looking at pre-teen boys to adopt. To my knowledge they is no problem with the Texas kids unless there is a reason for them to remain in Texas, ie siblings etc. Call TDPRS and ask.

We have been selected to adopt a sibling group in TX. We are waiting on the interstate compact to be signed. Our agency here in GA has said they have had great luck working with TX.
