petition for adoption? ?
What is the process for adoption in tx region 8? Our attorney submitted a petition for adoption we are waiting a court date how long does it take to get a date? Its with judge muniz

In general it will take 2-12 weeks for a court date, but your lawyer should have it as soon as they submit the petition.
Is this a foster care adoption? I was under then impression that CPS provided all of those details then.
