Intervenor Status
Does anyone have experience with intervening in a case and what criteria need to be satisfied to do so? I have a call in to an attorney, but it's taking quite a while to talk with him.
Any opinions or experiences you would like to share would be greatly apppreciated. Thank you! |

My husband and I intervened on our youngest FS. He had been with us for a year (since he was 1 day old). We hired an attorney and filed for intervenor status. We were then included in all precedings. I would be happy to share more with you if you would like. You can PM me and I will share that way since it would be so long.
We are now getting ready to adopt our boys! Their files are moving to the adoption unit next week In our case, in the end, we probably did not have to file to intervene but I am so thankful we did.
