Houston AA Foster to Adopt
I am a 37yr AA female who is looking to adopt an AA girl 1-3yrs old. Has anyone had a good expericence with this group while working with CPS?

we are straight adopt but have worked well with CPS. The Houston office works straight by the rules and so they are pretty standard to work with. You wait a long time for things to happen, and it can be very frustrating, but overall it has worked out okay.

I am straight adopt in Houston. I would recommend that you for sure do foster to adopt to meet your age requirements. Overall- I would predict a high rate of likelyhood that you will be successful. Welcome to the wild ride!

Aug 28- no visit/come home
Oct 20 09- Finalize!
