Therapy
Will anyone who has had a positive experince with therapist in Houston or the surounding area please PM with names? I am looking for exerience in attachment issues. I'm finding it hard to find a specialist who I like.

About Me: Oct 14 08- TX DPFS Orientation Nov 8- Dec 20- PRIDE Class Jan 6 09- Finger Prints Jan 31- Drug Handling Class March 11- Home Eval Meeting April 1- CW admmits to having lost file, having then found file, and having turned it in today. April 1- Behavior intervention class April 2- Homestudy Call April 7- Final Homestudy Meeting May 1- Homestudy sumbitted to state of TX June 4- APPROVED! July 2nd-Submitted interest in R (7) July 7- Recieved HESGH Aug 12-RAS (rep'ed by my old PRIDE trainer) Aug 13- Selected to be Mom to R (7 yr old girl!) Aug 18-Read File (both boxes full!) Aug 20- start pre-placement communication Aug 28- no visit/come home  Oct 20 09- Finalize!

Well, I am not sure about therapist but I have a phenominal pediatrician, it is the Pedicatric medical group they would out of texas childrens and are on greenbriar! I went there as a child my 25 year old brother still goes there, and my children go there!!! They are a wonderful group of doctors, I can not say enough good things about them and they are open on saturday morning and til 9 in the week! The only one I would no reccomend it Dr smith! She is a " lets wait and see" doctor then your child gets sicker and you have to go again!!! But I go to Dr phillip dreesen but he will be retired in dec then I will switch to Charlotte Zungia. She is soft and delicate with the children. They can give you wonderful referrals for a therapist which all the referrals i have gotten from them have been wonderful!!!!!!! Their number 713-526-6443. I would highly highly recommend you take your child here!!!!!!!

Me and my hubbys adoption Journey We have two Bio children a 5 year old boy and 1 year old girl. July 8th 2009 Found R on Tare and feel in love with her sweet smile!!  July 14th 2009 went to orientation meeting! ( wow that was an experience!)  July 15th received screening call from CPS Will wait to start Pride til we can do saturday classes. Hoping to adopt a little girl who just turned 7 although there are already people way a head of us in the process that are interested in her as well.
