san antonio judges and attorneys???

Anyone know much about judge montemayor? He took my cousins children two years ago, 3 of them, TPR. THey've just taken another one this month. lcourt was to be today but the mom failed to show up. case worker said she left messages but mom still a no show. mom no showed for her visit as well. oh, she's been in jail twice in the last 5months on drug charges and hasn't lived with her since early january. once she got out they only let her have supervised visists, baby was with grandma....they took baby from grandma.

my step mom went to let t hem know that we're interested should the case move to adoption and that we are licensed foster parents in another state. BUt court was cancelled and moved.........to july.

step mom spoke to the BABY'S caseworker and she said 'our goal is always reunification.' Most foster parents don't understand that. I do understand it, but i don't see it happening in this situation. I've emailed the attorney my info. oh, she was supposed to contace me back in March about my cousins' girls still in foster care after two years, and she never would call or email me!

so.....while I did send my info to the lawyer and the judge, the attitude of the attorney worries me. 'reunification at all cost?' there's a definite pattern here with the mother, why would SHE of all people, say that? what about the child's best interest? and why won't she contact me back. apparently there was a squabble between two CPS people and this attorney. I am thinking about contacting the judge and telling him that this attorney seems to not be interested in the kid's best interest. after all, the other girls have been in foster care 2.5 years and they've been adoptable since september 07!

does anyone have experience with an attorney named Eakle??? I am hoping it's okay to ask that here and name her. you can pm me if you know anything or have suggestions for me. THANKS!
