homestudy ?
does anyone know if I am licensed as a foster/adopt home in texas, do I have the right to request a copy of my homestudy??? Can I submit it for children I am interested in adopting?? THANKS

We debated this not too long ago. Some agencies let you 'read' your homestudy, but you can't have it.
If you are wanting to submit for children for adoption, most of the time, your agency has to do it for you. You can let your agency know which child you're interested in, and they will forward it to the Adoption Worker for the child. Your best bet would be to call your worker and let them know what you are interested in doing. They will then direct you to the correct way.
