Adopt from another state - Receive subsidy?

Does anyone know if you adopt children from another state, if you would still receive the adoption subsidy?

We live in TX, and are considering adopting 2 children that are free for adoption in CO. I know if you live in CO, you will receive the subsidy for sibling set...but what if you live in another state?...or any other out of state adoption of older children, or sibling set.

I'm not 100% sure but I think that when you adopt from out of state, you receive adoption subsidy from the sending state (if they qualify according to that state's rules). Here's a link that tells you what CO's policy is regarding subsidy :

I also believe you go with the state sending the children. Florida also has college tuition covered but I'm not sure if the child would have to go back to FL for college. Medicaid is federal so I think that's covered.
