I have been preparing to be a foster parent since last February. I started collecting the items I would need for placements in my age group-newborn through 5 years old- and I have gathered lot of clothes and toys for these ages. Everything is not perfect, but is very usable. If you need any items to get started because you are new or you take a child out of your normal age group, I would be happy to make you a "get through the first week without having to take your new placement into town" bag with clothes and some bottles and stuff you may need. I don't have a warehouse full, but the help is here if you need it. I am new to this, so if this is odd, please forgive me. I am not using the items yet as it is taking forever , so I want to try to help parents with the placements they already have. Just let me know if I can help.
