Ready for a change
Reg 3 here foster to adopt ready for a change. My licence is up for renewal in a couple of months. Do I switch agencies or simply go with CPS? Has anyone ever switched from an agency to CPS? If you have experience with this or an agency you think is awesome, please pm me.

We love our agency. We chose an agency over going with CPS so we can get support if we need it. And it's been a blessing.

Cps....
Ive never gone through an agency. And am only providing Kinship services through CPS. But I have met ALOT of people that are dealing with CPS. ONe thing I can tell you through personal expierence and others is that its VERY unpredictable. Things can change with the drop of a dime with CPS. PLUS sometimes you still have to deal with birth-parents. Its rough. I just hope that you pick an easy route. Good Luck!
