Depelchin

I am about to turn in my application to Foster to adopt with Depelchin in Houston. I have heard that this agency does things very smoothly and it doesn't take long at all. I am hoping to do the mini Pride and get things rolling asap. I am looking for boy or girl ages 0-2. If anyone can please email me at emlefort@aol.com about their experiences there or suggestions I would GREATLY appreciate it!
