Testifying at permanency hearing.....
I am a foster parent and hoping to adopt our foster child who has been in our care for 15 months now. We have filed an intervention and there is a hearing on Wed. We will be testifying and I was wondering if anyone has ever done this and/or heard of anyone who has done this before and may have advice.
Our plan is to avoid and negative talk of the bio-family(although that would be very easy...) and focus on what we feel is in he best interests of our foster child(how damaging it would be for him to 1)remove him from our home, and 2)continue to drag out this process) We feel like we have the best incite into this as we have raised him for over a year. Any advice? |
