Region #4
Is anyone in Region #4? We are just now beginning to gather info on adopting another child. We have a 3 year old from Russia and a 14 motnh old from Guatemala. We would like to adopt another boy anywhere from 4 years old up to seven years old. Please let me know if you are in this region? I have so many questions and concerns.

We are from the Region 4 area
We are in the Longview area. We have been approved F/A legal risk. I do not know if I can answer any questions, but can try. We have not had any placements yet. We were certified in Jan. 06.
