Wow! I'm a little nervous, but we go to court next Saturday to finalize.

I found a beautiful dress for C to wear, J will wear his blue church outfit, and I have no idea what T will wear (his new blue slacks and something! LOL). Both boys want new ties, BUT they want to tie them!

Anyone have an idea where to buy child size ties that they can tie? Not Wal-Mart (already looked).

Hmmm... wonder what I'll wear! haha

JC Penney's or Dillards. Try a larger department store for the ties.

Have you tried babies r us?? they seem to have lots of kids clothes although they may not have the sizes you are needing....hmmmm maybe burlington coat factory or even a tie shop in the mall may have what u are needing...wish i could help more...good luck!!

Thanks everyone! Just over 4 days left!

T is doing better with his tantrums...actually got mad, and instead of taking it out on everyone else, went to his room and cried on his bed! Will wonders never cease! WOW! We're still on pins and needles with him. Just hope the other 2 don't blind-side us with last minute "jitter tantrums" since they're being so "normal" at the moment.

J still will yell "NO" when someone mentions court. He's worried the judge, or someone, will say that it's not going to really happen. Poor guy! He's been so disappointed in the past, all I know how to do is toe the line. I keep loving on him no matter what, but I won't put up with misbehaving.

C seems so "normal", perhaps more loving...wonder what that's all about...and she's been more grouchy, but says she's not getting adopted by anyone but us, so I guess we're on solid ground there...perhaps.

Can you tell we're ready and waiting for the cold-feet? T's already told the therapist that he doesn't want to be adopted anymore (of course, that was after a medicaid mess up and he didn't have one of his meds the night before and he threw one whopper of a tantrum 2 hours before therapy!). Good thing she just takes it all in stride.

And I found boy sized ties...right at Wal-mart (different one) in the boy's belts for just $6! J loved his and it will go with his shirt quite nicely. T threw a small tantrum because I had to help him tie his! He BEGGED for the tie and then stresses out because "it's too hard!" OMG! There's no pleasing some is there! hahaha

Well, I'll be calling in sick Thursday night since my "boss" of a principal is being a royal pain in the you know what! She's upset because I already missed 3?? maybe 4 days due to the kids (adoption physicals and signing placement papers). Now, J had strep throat 12 days ago, just finished his pink liquid and his throat is all inflamed AGAIN!!! great timing! I have over 60 sick days, but how dare I mess up her budget by taking a few. UGH! I hate lying, but she left me no choice.

Well, off to bed. Take care everyone.
