deaf foster children
Hi. I am interested in welcoming foster children into my home but I am interested in Deaf children. I don't know where to start. Can anyone give me some direction?

perhaps they are rare in the rest of texas, but certainly not in austin, it hosts the second largest Deaf community in the nation. does anyone have info on providing foster care for Deaf kids?
