Managing Conservatorship vs. Adopt?
What is the difference and why would our potential lawyer be suggesting that we first go for managing conservatorship and months later do the adoption? We are fighting the grandparents for custody and he seemed to think that it would be better this way? He's going to do more research but I figured I would do some on my own before I sat down fact-to-face with him. And I couldn't think of a better place to do research than these boards! Any ideas?
