How to deal with Bio Father???
We have a potential situation where the mother is ready to sign. The dad is in jail and has quite the criminal history. My attorney says that there are a couple of options. We could serve the dad in jail but chances are he won't sign. We could wait until the baby is born and wait out the 30 days to see if he claims paternity.
Does anyone on here have any advice? Has anyone ever been in this situation? Thanks! Becca
