Hello. I adopted through the foster care system in Texas and I have a GORGEOUS hispanic daughter. There are infants available now and then, but it's definitely not like a private adoption. For private adoptions, try Adoption Affiliates in Austin. I have friends who have used them, and they were outstanding - 100% open and honest through the journey, which is all you can really ask.

We are also looking into adopting another child that is hispanic or hispanic mix. My husband is hispanic and I am cc. I have been doing some research on agencies, etc... I would appreciate if anyone would email me or pm me too, with any recommendations.
