Looking for less expensive adoption agency

My husband and I are looking for an agency. Unfortunately due to military obligations we have moved out of Texas but are in a neighboring state (New Mexico). We are looking for suggestions or maybe even personal experience with agencies. Due to my husbands career we are not rich and can not afford the $15,000 that most agencies ask for. We are open to any gender or race of child. If you have any suggestions please PM me. Thanks!
