Lawyer with an agency license around Dallas?
Does anyone know of a lawyer who also has their adoption agency license? We live in FL and were contacted about a possible birthmom in the Arlington / Dallas area. I understand that we need to work through an agency licensed in TX to make it through ICPC and our agency isn't.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you, Casey 2 failed adoptions
