ISO BFamily-DOB 11/26/73-Wichita Falls, TX

I was born 11/26/73 in Wichita Falls, TX at Wichita General Hospital at 5:57pm. I was called Unnamed Baby Price until the adoption was legal in Sept of 1974. I left the hospital 11/30/73 and went to Irving where my adoptive parents lived. The Children's Aid Society of West Texas handled the adoption but the adoption was moved to Dallas County court for finalization. My adoptive parents last name is Temple and they went through an attorney out of Dallas. I have now sent what information I have to a search angel and am awaiting a reply. I realized by looking through the non-id paperwork of the adoption, that the name of the nearest relative was Lucy. I don't have a name but only the year she was born which is 1952. Anyone with more information please reply.
