Dr. Joe G. in El Paso Texas
I am a reunited adoptee who was delivered by Dr Joe Galatzan in El Paso. He along with birthmother's mother told bmom I had died at birth. He and bgrandmother arranged the adoption with out knowledge of birthmom. Are there any others out there who had this happen to them?
