I am trying to help my brother in law find his birth father. He was adopted out of Wichita Falls, TX. He was born 4-28-1963 to Jeanne Merle Mitchell. Unsure if she had a married name at that time.
We have met Jeanne and she has since passed away. I would like help on finding out who Richard Lance's father is.

do u know where u r brother was adopted from. I too was adopted out of Wichita Falls, TX and the only thing I have been able to come up with is that it was through the Wichita county Probabtion Dept.

Just wondering, any help will be appreicated.

My brother in law was born in Torrance, CA 4-28-1963. He was adopted by a military couple who was stationed in Mississippi and that is where their lawyer had the paperwork drawn at.
I contacted The Courts in Mississippi and they state that a individual can not petition the court to have their records unsealed. YOU MUST hire a attorney to have this done!
His birth name was Richard Lance ___? When he was adopted his name was changed to Jeremy Lance.
We wish to find his father!
