texas non-id info

I have just recieved a form to send for non-id information. Has anyone sent for this type info with results? If you did can you advise abt how long took, what info recieved etc.

Just really starting to dig into history.

All & any help appreciated.

Do you know if your adoption was a private or agency adoption? If so, do you know which agency?

Believe it or not, all that matters when discussing Non-ID.

where did you find the form for non id info? Now that I am ready to do that, I can't remember where I've seen it.
