I am searching for my birthfamily.
I don't have a lot of details...
I was born in Nashville on October 3, 1966.
My adoption was handled through an agency
in Lebanon,TN. My adoption was finalized
in December 1966. My mother was possibly
a resident at the Florence Crittenden(sp?)
home. All other information that I have been
told, I don't really trust to be true because
it has been a different story each time. I have
requested my records from the state, however,
I'm afraid that will take forever.

My birthname - Lori Lee Britton
Birthmother - Theresa Joan Britton age 18
resident of Florence Crittenton home
Birthfather - John Matherly age 23
both from Chattanooga

I have a lot of info on my birthmother's family, but next to nothing on my birthfather.

I have learned that my birthmother is deceased. She died in March of last year.

I have an uncle and aunt still living:
Ray Britton - Chattanooga,TN
Linda Thompson - Marietta,GA
3 sons were listed in my bmothers obituary:
Erik Patterson- Whitwell,TN (possible stepson)
Lancer Patterson- Chattanooga,TN?
Jerritt Patterson-Chattanooga,TN?

I still have nothing on my birthfather's side yet.
