Unhappy My baby girl turns 4 today[&its mothers day]

I've been up less than an hour &already want to crawl back in bed, pull the covers over my head & sleep the day away so I can pretend it never happen.I have done pretty good dealing with her other birthdays, why does this one have to be so hard? My husband wants me to talk about it,but I cant, not with him or anyone else.If I talk,I'll cry,if I cry,I'll feel better & I dont deserve to feel better.Hopefully,I'll push it down enough to keep it together for the rest of the day.

((((HUGS)))) Added to the fact that it is her birthday (which can be a difficult day in itself) it's also Mother's Day. So you've been hit with a double whammy this year. Please know that we are all thinking of you on this day.

d.lynn. how has your day gone? One thing I have learned over the (many years) is that the pain becomes acute and then "goes into remission" again. Know that we are here for each other in both the good and the bad times!
