Hi...I also went through a rough Christmas this year and last...I placed my son 12 years ago and though I know he is very loved and well cared for, it still hurts. I'm now trying to start my own family and also dealing with depression which is not directly related to having formed an adoption plan for my son, it's just genetic I think. Anyway, how old is you bchild? Do you get to see him/her? I recently made a decision to put the ball in my sons court regarding visits (I've seen him 6 times since he was born) but still talk to his mom and dad. That's all. Hope to hear from you....Thanks!
