Looking for real stories for new book

Hi all, I am a licensed psychologist and adoptive mother of two. I am currently at work on a book project about ways that prospective adoptive parents can use adoption advertising to search proactively for a birth mother. I am asking people who have tried adoption advertising, newspaper or online, to contribute real life stories for possible inclusion in my book. Of course, everything would be strictly confidential. No identifying information. First names only. I realize most of you are very busy. But could I possibly persuade you to fill out my questionnaire? I would appreciate it very much.
