Post Paper work/documents/Forms

Hiya Just wanting to ask if any one has any blank Legal Documents they can send me for a Step Parent Un contested Adoption so i can begin the Long Paper work. I asked my Clerk's office but they do not carry the Papers i need. Does any one know where i can Buy them or have any Blank forms For Virginia adoptions that i can use? We want to do it our selves with out an attorney , we know how, we just do not know where to get the required Forms. Pls help. I have 2 children My Husband has raised with me for 10 years with No contact from the biological father or support.

Wellllllll... I dug through sites marked with court forms, here is a link to a bunch of Virginia but not sure the right ones are there, but maybe another court would have them. I know Idaho has step parents through a self help center. Good Luck, Teresa

You might try and check with the law library...here in Houston the court clerk will not provide the forms so you have to go to the law library, find the books with the necessary forms and make copies.
