I have two daughters from two different father's. One is 11 years old and her biological father has been incarcerated for the past year. She never had a relationship with him since she was 6 mos. old. My other daughter is 15 years old and she has never had a father-daughter relationship with her biological father since she was 2 yrs. old. They are both ordered to pay child support but I received nothing. I have been happily married to my husband now for 5 years and we have another daughter together (3 yrs. old). He would like to adopt them and give them his last name and my daughter's also would love for him to adopt them both. We are one family now and would like help in knowing how to do so. I checked for software on do-it-yourself adoption (contested), because both father's are very selfish and do not want to sign the paper's. I cannot afford $2,000 for an attorney. We also went through legal aide (here in Honolulu, Hawaii), but they can only help if the father's are willing to sign. Please help! What can I do?
