We need some advice, please help!(kind of long)
Hello there, I am new member and am seeking any information you may have. I have a daughter that is 5, and her BF has not seen her or made any contact since birth, however a court order is in place for visitation and support. The TX OAG has had the case but they are going to be closing it because they cannot find him. I am married now, and my husband wants to adopt her-we have been married for 2 yrs and he is the Daddy in her life. The twist is that we are a military family stationed overseas, so we have limited resources as far as an attorney goes, but we are Texas residents. I would appreciate any advice on how to start this process, and any info on what to do when bf can't be found-he's gone off the grid yet again!
