Adoption is final!
As of 5:25 pm on Aug. 15th, our step parent adoption is FINAL! My four children are offically mine and my husband's children. The entire process took approximately 6 months. That included having to run public notice because we couldn't find the bio dad. We are so thrilled this is all done! The children are happy as can be, and we'll be throwing them a big party next month to celebrate wtih all our friends and family. I even ordered adoption announcements last night. Our lives feel so fulfilled.
