Stepparent Adoption In Indiana, Where Do I Start?
Hi. We live in Indiana and My husband would like to adopt my 2 children from a previous marriage. Where do we begin? I've looked for forms to file and haven't had any luck. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

My dh adopted my daughter a little over a year ago, it was contested, sp it took longer for the process,with the continuances and research. Is it going to be contested or is the bio parent willing to relinquish rights? Congratulations and good luck!
