Stepparent adoption in LA.
Hello, I would like to find anyone who did a stepparent adoption in Louisiana with success. My husband wants to adopt my son and he is an US citizen and my son and I are a Legal Resident Aliens. Please, anyone give me any orientation which are the first steps for the adoption. My ex-husband does not visited to my son at least 5 years and he has 6 months of does not pay child support. Moreover, my ex-husband does not live in U.S.A. Thank you in advanced. Picco.
